Refund policy

Because of hygiene, design, and intellectual property reasons, all sales are final, except in the following cases:

1. Eligible Cases for Replacement/Refund

We will replace or refund only if:

  • The item is defective on arrival;

  • The item received is incorrect;

  • The item is substantially damaged during transit.

2. Process

To qualify, you must:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product;

  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue;

  3. Return the product (if requested) in unused condition.

3. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Normal wear-and-tear or slight cosmetic imperfections;

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents;

  • Lost shipments due to incorrect address provided by user;

  • Change of mind.

We may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a replacement.
